    Primary Responsibilities

    • Upskilled on Ember.js and developed a customer-facing application to manage an end-user’s CrowdStrike subscriptions, payment methods, and more.

    • Modernize CrowdStrike’s ecommerce capabilities through the design and development of the new-and-improved CrowdStrike Store.

    • Implemented a new headless checkout experience within our e-commerce store using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

    • Support the ongoing development of the company’s flagship product, the Falcon Console, by contributing front-end components, bug fixes, and data analytics.

    • Collaborate alongside the Intel Recon team in providing product analytics and event tracking metrics through the Amplitude Analytics Platform.

    I worked within the LoungeBuddy organization as a Front-End Developer to rebuild a variety of LoungeBuddy tools from the ground up again.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Incrementally redeveloped the LoungeBuddy.com home page atop a more modern stack of technologies including Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and more.

    • Leveraged latest best practices for both front-end (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend facing technologies (Node.js, Express) through the development of an updated Promo Code Tool.

    • Streamlined the customer support process by creating a system to create, schedule, and manage promo codes as well as support tracking of their metrics.

    • Developed a set of reusable components based on the LoungeBuddy Design System for reuse across all LoungeBuddy web properties, accelerating time-to-market period for supported features in the future.

    First and foremost - no, the dates are not a typo. Yes, I was in this role when I was about 12 years old. During that time, I evaluated beta versions of the hit indie game Terraria for bugs and gameplay issues prior to shipping out major community updates.

    Fun Facts

    • As of February 2022, Terraria has sold 44 million copies worldwide.

    • At the time of my recruitment, I was only 12 years old, making me the youngest quality assurance tester on the team by a mile.

    • Terraria was never projected to become as large as it did.

    • My experience with Re-Logic games was what fueled my initial interest in software development.
